Lemberg Electric acquires Good Electric
Brookfield, Wisconsin (July 19, 2010). Lemberg Electric Company, Inc. (Lemberg), an employee-owned electrical construction company, acquired Waukesha based Good Electric, Inc. effective Friday, July 16, 2010. Good Electric specializes in commercial electrical construction and service with a history that dates back to 1929.

Lemberg’s strategic planning recognized the need to strengthen and broaden its position in the Milwaukee marketplace. Identifying companies that shared the same core values and commitment to the customer, the primary reason for Lemberg’s success, is the purpose the Good Electric acquisition was determined to be a great fit. This same ideology was adopted in July 2009, when Lemberg purchased SoLite Neon Sign Company, a full service sign company founded in 1932; further expanding Lemberg’s Sign & Lighting division.

After much consideration, I have decided to sell Good Electric to a truly outstanding competitor, Lemberg Electric Company, Inc.
