Marketing director invited to share insights on turning Project Excellence recognition into PR, recruitment, and business development opportunities.
Lemberg Electric is proud to announce that Marketing Director Eichelle Thompson will participate as a panelist at the NECA EMERGE Conference, an event dedicated to developing the next generation of electrical contracting leaders.
Thompson will speak on the panel “Recognition That Works: Leveraging Project Excellence Awards for PR & Growth,” taking place Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 1 to 2 p.m. The session will explore how electrical contractors can strategically approach industry award submissions and maximize the marketing, recruitment, and business development opportunities that come with national recognition.
The panel will be moderated by Karina Forti of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and will feature insights from other past award recipients on the real-world business impact of the NECA Project Excellence Awards.
Thompson was invited to participate based on her work leading Lemberg Electric’s successful NECA Project Excellence Award submission in 2024, which showcased the company’s expertise, collaboration, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.
