Lemberg Electric Company, Inc., announces the promotion of Steven Ortmann to Strategic Project Manager and Jeff Rondeau to Industry Manager-Healthcare, as the company seeks to advance several key initiatives.
"These new roles will be integral to our overall company direction," said Lemberg President Kyle Witte. "Steven will provide strategic guidance for our executive functions and Jeff will bring our already strong healthcare team to the next level."
Steven Ortmann (above left) holds a degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from Marquette University. He has served Lemberg for the last three years in support of the executive team. He has a well-rounded background which includes human resources, accounts payable, dispatching, and operations. He will join the leadership team working on a variety of projects with key stakeholders across the company. He will be responsible for the documentation of policy and processes, managing Lemberg's agile process, and providing leadership for operational ERP.
Jeff Rondeau (above right) is an established Lemberg electrician with over 21 years of experience and a proven track record in the healthcare industry. Rondeau provides estimation and project management for Lemberg's healthcare customers. He takes an organized, detailed approach to his work and emphasizes safety. He seeks to minimize project disruptions and delays through strong relationships with his customers, team, and other trades. In his new role, Rondeau will be training a dedicated group of electricians with the unique skill set needed to serve within the rigors of the hospital and healthcare industry.
