Lemberg Welcomes Senior Construction Leader, Plus Key Hires in Preconstruction and Accounting

BROOKFIELD, Wis. (May 21, 2025) – Lemberg Electric, a leading electrical contractor in Southeastern Wisconsin, is proud to announce the hiring of David (DJ) Partin as Construction Department Manager, along with several project professionals in its construction, preconstruction, and accounting teams. The hires bring support in key areas as the company moves into the busy summer construction season.

Partin joined Lemberg in mid-April to lead its flagship Electrical Construction department. With over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry, including 11 years as a business owner, he brings seasoned leadership to this senior role. His background spans public infrastructure, higher education, legal and corrections, water treatment, energy, and a recent seven-year focus on healthcare and hospitals throughout Northeast Ohio.

In his new role, Partin plans to leverage his technical knowledge, project management expertise, and executive-level leadership to support his team and strengthen long-term client relationships.

"Lemberg’s reputation and the people I met during my initial visit were big factors in my decision to join the company," said Partin. "As manager, my goal is to empower the team and elevate our operations to drive growth in the construction department."

Lemberg also welcomes Nichole Nehlson as Project Coordinator, Jayvis Handy as Building Information Modeling (BIM) Detailer, and Laurie Radewahn as Accounting Clerk:

• Nichole Nehlson brings a wide variety of experience in the construction trades to her role. Her knowledge of project management, accounting, and administration will be pivotal to her success at Lemberg.
• Jayvis Handy joined Lemberg's Preconstruction, Virtual Design and Construction team earlier this year. With a degree in Architecture and a strong background in BIM 3D digital modeling, Jayvis is a key player as the team plans projects and identifies opportunities for prefabrication and potential clashes.
• Laurie Radewahn joined the company in March. She has over nine years of accounting and administrative experience and an associate degree in Accounting. Laurie’s levelheaded approach and strong organizational and communication skills will enhance Lemberg's overall customer experience.
