Meet Your Lemberg Leadership Team 

Kyle became President at Lemberg in 2024. His nearly 30-year career at Lemberg includes operations management, computer aided drafting, estimating, and project management. His growth at the company is built upon this background as well as his track record for general management and training within the construction department, the flagship service area of the company. Kyle serves his customers through membership in several leadership organizations both local and national, and the industry through his involvement in the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), where he was a charter member of the Innovation Institute for future leaders. Kyle has a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin -- Madison. 

A Lemberg veteran since 2000, Pat leads the Preconstruction Services area of the company. With many years of experience leading the Construction Services at Lemberg, Pat now applies that experience to the rapidly growing and technical area of preconstruction, which includes Design-Build, Estimating/Bidding, and Virtual Design and Construction areas. As a Wisconsin-registered engineer, Pat provides professional design services for lighting, high-voltage, and complete building systems in all industries, especially commercial, industrial and medical. His work includes oversight of the Building Information Modeling of all projects. Pat has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Marquette University, and is active member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers. 

With nearly three decades of experience, DJ brings a well-rounded background of technical expertise, project management, and executive-level leadership to his role. His career includes 11 years as owner of an electrical contracting business, giving him a unique perspective on both the operational and technical sides of the business. He has built and led diverse teams and managed large-scale commercial and industrial projects in healthcare, public infrastructure, higher education, legal/corrections, water treatment and energy. DJ understands the importance of long-term relationships and looks forward to supporting his team and his new customers in their collective success. 

David brings over 25 years of well-rounded electrical experience to every project. As a Master electrician, he applies his knowledge of industrial, commercial and residential markets to leading Lemberg’s service department. He provides hands-on knowledge and responsive leadership to his team as they serve customers across southeastern Wisconsin. He places a high value on providing high-quality, proactive, and reliable services for his customers. David is also a Commercial Electrical Inspector and holds WHEA Healthcare Construction Certification.
