How does Lemberg approach safety on a project?

Safety is our first priority on every project. We are committed to safe working environments for our employees and members of your team. Lemberg employs a dedicated Safety Director who is OSHA Authorized to train in many job site safety topics, including OSHA 10 and 30, as well as forklift and aerial/scissor lift operation. As a Master Electrician, our Safety Director has courses registered with the State of Wisconsin for State Certified Electrician Continuing Education credits.

Lemberg requires weekly mini-trainings relevant to the jobsite conditions and implements a Hazard/Near-Miss program to build awareness and encourage site safety. Our Safety Director works with customers and contractors, performing weekly jobsite inspections to identify and address concerns. Together, we create the safest environment for everyone on the jobsite.

As a NECA contractor, we work with the Milwaukee Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (MeJATC) to provide state-of-the-art training for apprentices, construction wiremen, and journeymen electricians.

How do you estimate electrical construction costs for your project?

Estimating the electrical construction costs of a project is a detailed process. At Lemberg, we work closely with customers, architects, builders, suppliers, and other trades to determine costs, timelines and manpower needed. We couple that with Design Build and Virtual Design and Construciton services like building information modeling (BIM) to uncover efficiencies early in a project. Based on the project specifications and our technology, we can outline estimated costs for your consideration.

All projects begin with a conceptual budgets and designs based on information provided by the customer. Hard, detailed estimates follow conceptual designs. Specific prices are quoted to match specific details. The process culminates with a detailed 3D image of the project via building information modeling (BIM) software.

Lemberg is primarily a commercial contractor. While we don’t do single family homes, we do serve multifamily residential complexes. Our Electrical service department serves both commercial and residential customers.
