Kyle Witte
PRESIDENT, INTERIM CONSTRUCTON DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Kyle’s responsibilities at Lemberg have included operations management, computer aided drafting, estimating, and project management. Kyle served as manager of the construction department until his promotion in 2024 to president. Kyle holds a degree in construction administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Patrick Antkowski
VP FOR PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Pat has extensive design knowledge in high voltage, medical, commercial, and industrial electrical projects ranging from lighting design to complete building systems. He is team-oriented and drives value to all projects through collaboration and years of experience. Pat holds a degree in electrical engineering from Marquette University and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin.

Steve Mueller
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Steve Mueller has a strong background in mechanical design, computer-aided drafting, estimation, and project management. Steve is responsible for large project management and works regularly on Design Build/Assist projects such as Saint Augustine Preparatory Academy and Auditorium, Saint John's on the Lake North Tower, and Rogers Behavioral Health remodels.

Dave Bubacy
SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Dave has nearly 50 years of electrical field work, estimation, design, and project management experience. He leverages that knowledge to accurately provide budgets, estimates, and electrical designs to customers. He delivers projects from conceptual drawings through completion with accuracy and depth of knowledge. Dave is licensed with the state of Wisconsin.

Adam Grahn
PROJECT MANAGER
Adam brings hands-on experience in construction, manpower management and training to his role. He is a leader and mentor for Agile Construction® methods. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Dave Schmitz
PROJECT MANAGER
Dave's 20 years of electrical field experience laid a solid foundation for his current role as project manager. He applies his knowledge of the Agile Construction® project management to better serve customers. Dave is a licensed Journeyman electrician.

Jason Fox
PROJECT MANAGER
Jason is a licensed journeyman electrician with strong leadership qualities. His professional background includes estimation and field management on projects in a variety of industries. Jason makes sure his field team has the information they need to stay on time and within budget. He delivers projects with clear communications, timeliness and efficiency.

Emily Klement
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Emily applies her communication and organizational skills to the successful execution of projects of all sizes. Emily values the relationships she builds in her role and is dedicated to serving her customers as well as her co-workers and community. Emily is especially trained in effective project management and has over 8 years of experience.

Newton Casey
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Newton has over 10 years of experience in project management in the electrical industry. He believes open communication is vital to the success of any project. He values the relationships he has built over the years and is dedicated to exceeding the needs of his team and customers.

Jeff Rondeau
INDUSTRY MANAGER - HEALTHCARE
Jeff applies his 21+ years of healthcare industry specialization everyday, managing and estimating projects for hospitals across Southeastern Wisconsin. He understands the unique challenges and needs of healthcare environments; and prioritizes communication, patient privacy, and safety protocols.

Chris Nielsen
ESTIMATOR
Chris brings a wide variety of construction industry experience to his estimating role. Having served in data communications installation and materials handling, Chris has valuable experience and knowledge that spans across Lemberg divisions which allows him a more comprehensive understanding of project requirements. He holds a degree in Audio Engineering.

Tim Klement
ESTIMATOR
Tim comes to his role at Lemberg with management experience in the electrical industry serving across a wide range of projects and industries. He is responsible for project takeoffs, determining material costs and labor hours. Tim holds a degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and is proficient in estimating software such as Accubid, Enterprise and Live Count Cloud.

Andrew Hummel
ESTIMATOR
In his role, Andy leverages his wide range of experience to benefit the construction team and Lemberg's customers. After his honorable discharge from the U.S. Army as a non-commissioned officer in 2009, he graduated from the University of Illinois - Chicago with a degree in information decision sciences. He completed his electrical apprenticeship in Denver, CO and earned his journeyman’s license in Wisconsin.

Jayvis Handy
BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING DETAILER
Jayvis applies his degree in architecture and his experience in BIM to helping the preconstruction and construction teams prepare projects. His work is pivotal in the discovery of opportunities for prefabrication and possible trade clashes on major projects.

Nichole Nehlsen
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR
Nichole brings a wide range of administrative, finance, and management experience to her role. She ensures both the customer and the construction team are supported throughout the project management process.
