Administrative - Construction

Project Manager

Construction: This position is responsible for developing, planning, and executing all phases of the project life cycle in the assigned division. Maintains defined scope, budget, and time frame to meet the customer’s requirements.  Manage and support project foreman in their tasks. Creating relationships with new and existing customers in a professional manner is a must. Will support the Estimating team when needed or act as estimator to propose on new projects.

Assistant Project Manager

Service Manager

Service: This position is responsible for developing, planning, and executing all phases of the project life cycle. This position will also maintain existing customer data bases and cultivate new customers. Experience in design build and servicing owners and contractors for multiple small to medium size projects is key. Manage and support project foreman in their tasks.

Assistant Service Manager

Service: This position is responsible for assisting project managers in developing, planning, and executing all phases of the project life cycle in the Service department. Maintains defined scope, budget, and time frame to meet the customer’s requirements. Support the Estimating team when needed.

Project Coordinator

Journeyman Electrician:

  • Hold and Maintains Electrical Journeyman or Masters Credential
  • Planning and Initiating of Projects
  • Establishing Temporary Power During Construction
  • Establishing Grounding Systems
  • Installing Service to Buildings and other Structures
  • Establishing Power Distribution within Project
  • Planning and Installing Raceway Systems
  • Installing New Wiring and Repairing Existing
  • Providing Power and Controls to Motors, HVAC, and Other Equipment
  • Installing Receptacles, Lighting Systems and Fixtures
  • Troubleshooting and Repairing Electrical Systems
  • Installing and Repairing Traffic Signals, Outdoor Lighting and Outdoor Power Feeders
  • Supervising Apprentices
  • Complying with OSHA and Customer Safety Requirements
  • Installing Instrumentation and Process Control Systems, Including Energy Management Systems

General Foreman and Foreman

Supervise personnel completing electrical building projects. Typical duties include

  • Assigning tasks
  • Inspecting work and monitoring team for performance and quality
  • Reading blueprints
  • Handling customer relations
  • Ensuring jobsite safety while conducting installation, repair, maintenance of critical electrical connections
  • Ensuring equipment or machineries while planning and utilizing resources to meet electrical work requirements at construction sites or permanent structures.
  • Holds and Maintains Electrical Journeyman or Masters Credential.

Construction Electrician (3 – 6 years of experience)

  • Bending conduit
  • Pulling of wire and cable
  • Lighting fixture installation
  • Digging a trench for cable or conduit
  • Installing Romex or B.X.
  • Wiring & setting of service switch gear
  • Mounting and wiring transformersr
  • Reading blueprints for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
  • Holds and maintains Registered Electricians Credential.

Construction Wireman (0 – 4 years of experience)

  • Bending conduit

Sound and Communications Technician

Sound and Communications Technician (5+ years) or Installer (2-5 years)

  • Planning and Initiating Projects from documents and blueprints
  • Install Technology, Sound, Communication, and Notification systems equipment
  • Install new cabling, sleeving, and cable supports
  • Terminate and test copper and fiber optics cabling and devices
  • Prepare and submit project documentation in cooperation with Project Manager

Sign Installer

Sign Installer (experienced)

This position is responsible for installing signs on behalf of the company. Works in a professional manner while focusing on the placement, installation, connection, and removal of signs for the customer.

Sign Installer (entry level)

The Installer Trainee will learn to install and/or maintain signs, including installation of advertisements, maintenance of structures, and the upkeep of signs cosmetics. This position must be able to manage work schedules effectively. This position will grow into the sign installer role as their learning progresses.
