*Project Management

*Senior Project Manager – Construction

Reporting to the Department Manager, this position is responsible for the effective and timely management of projects and customer relationships, including but not limited to the developing, planning, and executing all phases of the project life cycle in the Construction department. Maintains defined scope, budget, and time frame to meet the customer's requirements. The Senior Project Manager may lead a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Coordinators to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.

Signs Assistant Project Manager

This position is responsible for assisting the Project Management team in the planning and coordination of projects, as well as performing an array of administrative duties.

Signs Project Manager

This position is responsible for managing sold projects by the sales team. To develop, plan, and execute all phases of the project life cycle. Maintains defined scope, budget, and time frame to meet the customer’s requirements.

Service Project Manager

This position is responsible for developing, planning, and executing all phases of the project life cycle in the Service department including orienting, assigning, and project scheduling Assistant Project Managers and Field Electricians while minimizing conflict with other project management duties. Maintains defined scope, budget, and time frame to meet the customer's requirements. Monitors labor requirements, resolves customer complaints, and identifies opportunities for inefficiencies regarding departmental operations. Will provide estimating and drawing support as needed.

Project Manager

This position is responsible for developing, planning, and executing all phases of the project life cycle in the assigned division. Maintains defined scope, budget, and time frame to meet the customer’s requirements. 

Creating relationships with new and existing customers in a professional manner is a must. Will support estimating and project foreman in their tasks.

Assistant Project Manager

This position is responsible for assisting project managers in developing, planning, and executing all phases of the project life cycle in an assigned division. Maintains defined scope, budget, and time frame to meet the customer’s requirements. Support the Estimating team when needed.

Senior Service Manager

Reporting to the Department Manager, this position is responsible for the effective and timely management of projects and customer relationships, including but not limited to the design, estimation and oversight of small commercial new construction and remodel projects, general and emergency service, and maintenance projects. The Senior Service Manager will act as the main liaison for customers, providing consultation and ongoing support, and ensuring a quality experience for the customer. This position is responsible for a portion of the total Service Department sales.

Administrative

Project Coordinator

This position is responsible for initiating, coordinating and executing the clerical and bookkeeping functions that are necessary for supporting Project Managers and Estimators.

Receptionist / Accounting Support

This position is responsible for answering the phone and greeting all company visitors. Supports the accounting department and performing data entry duties to ensure accurate information is being recorded on a daily basis. Exhibiting great customer service as this position will be the first point of contact for many customers and vendors.

Preconstruction Manager

This position is responsible for the successful planning and execution of all pre-construction activities within the Lemberg organization. Works closely with the Project Manager and Foreman to provide sufficient manpower and proper labor ratios per estimates for each project. Works with company executives, project managers, and other project stakeholders to provide estimating, design, engineering, layout, and drafting services throughout the organization.

Virtual Design and Construction (VDC)

These positions are responsible for providing services to the preconstruction department, to provide direction and implementation of our BIM process on specific projects within the department as defined by the VP of Preconstruction. Accurately and fully informs the VP of Preconstruction of each project's overall BIM efforts, including potential liabilities and/or concerns with designers, subcontractors and other model stakeholders. Supports inter-departmental projects as they relate to their BIM scope.

VDC Technician - Entry Level

This position is responsible for providing drafting and 3D modeling services to the Preconstruction Department. The technician will implement our coordination process on projects within the department as defined by the VP of Preconstruction and VDC Lead.

Estimator

This position is responsible for preparing bids for specification and design build jobs. Determines the costs associated with the electrical work for projects and completing a bid. Performs take-offs, organizes bids, communicates with sub-contractors to determine the cost of a project, prepares cost estimates, and provides support to the Construction Project Managers when needed.

Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

This position is responsible for assisting Project Managers and Field Electricians in orienting, assigning and project scheduling while minimizing conflict and assisting with other project management duties in our Service department. Monitors labor requirements; resolves customer complaints; and identifies opportunities for efficiencies regarding department operations.

*Fire Alarm Installer

The ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge of fire alarm panels, devices, and components and install them in accordance with NFPA standards.

  • Planning and initiating projects from documents and blueprints.
  • Installing fire protection systems to NFPA standards.
  • Leading installation team as required Installing new cabling, sleeving, cable supports, and bending conduit.
  • Terminating and testing copper and fiber optics cabling and devices.
  • Preparing and submitting project documentation in cooperation with Project Managers.
  • Update drawings as necessary during installation.
  • Adhere to and follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
  • Coordination with other trades as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Obtain required certifications such as NICET I and NICET II.

Sign Installer (experienced)
**$22-$32/hour with a $1500 new hire bonus**

This position is responsible for installing signs on behalf of the company. Works in a professional manner while focusing on the placement, installation, connection, and removal of signs for the customer. 

Sign Installer (entry level)
**$22-$32/hour with a $1500 new hire bonus**

The Installer Trainee will learn to install and/or maintain signs, including installation of advertisements, maintenance of structures, and the upkeep of signs cosmetics. This position must be able to manage work schedules effectively. This position will grow into the sign installer role as their learning progresses.

Sign Service Technician
**$22-$32/hour**

$22-$30/hour with a $1500 new hire bonus. 

This position is responsible for the direct repair and maintenance of electrical signs and exterior lighting.

Controller

We're seeking an experienced financial professional to participate in the administration and transformation of the finance/accounting operations at Lemberg. The ideal candidate will have proven track record of experience in running day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). As a strong communicator and skilled financial analyst, you will make it your mission to streamline our accounting, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting processes. You will produce thorough financial-status reports for senior management to help improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth.

This position pays up to $32.25/hour based on experience. The Residential Electrician/Wireman is responsible for wiring and installing electrical components for residential projects.

Intern: Project Management

Interns will work closely with the pre-construction and construction processes, spending about 60% of their time in the Office and 40% in the Field.  This will allow interns to be able to connect the estimate, drawings, specifications and materials to what happens in the field.  They will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of electrical construction. The student should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.   Lemberg is interested in the student’s development as well as giving the student an opportunity to work in a real business environment within the Construction industry.
