March 2021 – Lemberg Project Manager Adam Grahn is named one of Milwaukee’s Rising Young Professionals of Construction by the Daily Reporter. Grahn will receive his award during the publication’s virtual event on March 25, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. He is one of 24 young construction professionals being recognized for their industry leadership along with 20 veterans of the construction industry who’ve made significant contributions.
Grahn joined Lemberg in 2016 and quickly moved from an assistant role into project leadership. According to Lemberg Vice President of Construction Pat Antkowski and Senior Project Manager Kyle Witte, Adam is proactive, a great communicator, and one who embraces new technology.
“Adam consistently produces successful projects,” said Antkowski. “He has embraced the changes that have come with the pandemic and has made digital resources work in his favor.”
Grahn is known for his ability to harness technology for the benefit of the project and for his organization and attention to detail. By embracing and progressing within the company’s Agile Construction tools, he’s become a valuable resource to his peers.
“I am amazed at how much I can do from my phone,” said Grahn. “Technology helps me be more organized, flexible and responsive to the changing demands of the job.”
Though he values the convenience and efficiency of technology, Grahn still sees the value in a solid partnership. Jobsite foremen, electricians, and project managers, he says, are the key to delivering a quality project to the customer. He considers clear communications to be critical to success of a project.
