Lemberg Electric’s Emily Klement Honored with BizTimes Women in Construction Award

Lemberg Electric is proud to announce that Emily Klement, Assistant Project Manager, has been named a winner of the prestigious BizTimes Media’s “Notable Women in Construction, Design and Engineering” Award.

Emily joined Lemberg Electric in 2022, bringing nearly a decade of industry experience and specialized expertise in electrical project management with her. Her dedication, organizational skills, and exceptional customer service have made her a valued and dynamic member of Lemberg’s Construction team.

Since joining the company, Emily has managed major projects, including the GE renovations in Pewaukee, Milwaukee Tool Red Beacon, and Concordia University’s cafeteria remodel. She emphasizes personalized customer relationships and consistently aligns project execution with customer goals and company values.

Beyond her project management role, Emily actively participates in Lemberg’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) committee, where she contributes to enhancing company culture and community engagement. Her involvement also extends into professional organizations such as the Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association (WHEA), National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), and Women in NECA, exemplifying her commitment to professional growth and industry leadership.
