Lemberg Electric Company, Inc., announces the advancement of Leo Buser, CPA, CCIFP, to Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1. Buser has served as Controller since joining the company in 2023 and has been an active member of the executive leadership team, providing critical financial guidance and contract negotiation support.
“I am both humbled and honored to step into the CFO role at Lemberg,” said Buser. “In an ESOP environment, this responsibility extends beyond financial stewardship—it is about protecting and growing the value our employee-owners have worked so hard to build.”
Buser’s advancement is attributed to his high-level engagement across the organization, including his commitment to understanding the nuances of the company’s ESOP structure and serving as a resource for educating fellow employee-owners.

Lemberg will celebrate its 100‑year anniversary in 2028 and 40 years as an ESOP in late 2027.
