Lemberg Continues Expansion with New Hires Focusing on Preconstruction

Brookfield electrical contracting firm Lemberg, announced a series of new hires as the company continues to grow to meet the Design-Build construction needs of customers and partners throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Several key people were welcomed into positions in project management, estimating and virtual design construction (VDC). Opening for business nearly 95 years ago, Lemberg has continued to develop the most innovative electrical construction practices in everything from preventive maintenance, Design-Build, prefabrication, cabling, custom signs, and energy-saving solutions.

“We are thrilled to welcome our new team members who have already begun making an impact for our customers with their talents and dedication,” said Pat Antkowski, vice president of preconstruction. “Being involved in the earliest stages of the construction ensures projects can be completed smoothly, on time, and on budget, and our recent growth as a company has allowed us to increase our focus on preconstruction processes that serve our Design-Build capabilities.”

Two technicians were added to the Virtual Design and Construction team to help with the company’s state-of-the-art design capabilities.

  • Diana Lee, VDC Lead – Diana brings over 11 years of construction industry experience to her new role. She holds a Wisconsin Building Trades Construction Journeyman card and is a member of the MATC-Oak Creek academic staff. She is a certified EPA Sec. 608 I, II, III and Universal Refrigerant Tech, as well as NCCCO Crane Signalperson, Polyethylene Fusion I&II.

  • Trevor Niemczyk, VDC Tech – Trevor holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from MSOE. He has extensive experience with AutoCAD and Revit, including designing packaging lines, updating and developing standards, and supporting client needs during the construction process.

Two new positions were added to an already robust Project Management team. The new team members will support work on large projects.

  • Newton Casey, Assistant Project Manager – Newton holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida. He brings a rich background of experience in electrical contracting, including wastewater, bridge, security, transportation, and signaling and lighting projects.

  • Emily Klement, Assistant Project Manager – Emily has over six years of project management experience in the electrical industry. She has received specialty training in effective project management techniques.

In Estimating, the company added two new positions to ensure the timely bidding for all new and established clients.

  • Andrew Hummel, Estimator – Andrew has 18 years of experience in business systems analysis, administration and electrical. He is a United States Army Veteran and a licensed electrician in Wisconsin. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Decision Sciences, a degree in the synergies between information technology, data and analytics, supply chain, and risk management, from the University of Illinois – Chicago.

  • Tim Klement, Estimator – Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and a certification in estimating from the National Electrical Contractors Association. He brings four years of estimating experience in the electrical industry and proficiency in Accubid, Enterprise and LiveCount Cloud software.
