Lemberg Electric Company, Inc., announces the promotion of Steven Ortmann to Strategic Project Manager as the company seeks to advance several key initiatives.
"This new role will be integral to our overall company direction," said Lemberg President Kyle Witte. "Steven will provide strategic guidance for our executive functions."
Steven Ortmann holds a degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from Marquette University. He has served Lemberg for the last three years in support of the executive team. He has a well-rounded background which includes human resources, accounts payable, dispatching, and operations. He will join the leadership team working on a variety of projects with key stakeholders across the company. He will be responsible for the documentation of policy and processes, managing Lemberg's agile process, and providing leadership for operational ERP.
