Bayshore Mall

Lemberg provides ongoing electrical, data and sign support for Bayshore Town Center in Bayshore, Wisconsin, a near-north suburb of Milwaukee.  

The Electrical Construction team provided electrical wiring and specialty lighting for the Bayshore Town Center redevelopment project completed in 2020. For this project, the Signs and Lighting team installed lighting and signage as well as the large, multi-unit digital display in the commons area referred to as "The Yard."  Lemberg's Data Communications team supported the electrical work with installation of the fiber backbone cabling for life-safety systems, connecting multiple fire alarm panels. The team also installed wireless access points in the mall Rotunda as well as The Yard.  The team also upgraded the campus and residential areas with fiber optic cabling to support Verizon wireless service. 

In 2023, the Signs and Lighting team installed a 48’ linear digitally printed, flex-face sign and LED lighting above what is known as the Blue Garage entrance and exit ramps of the parking garage at North Port Washington Road and the I-43 North off ramp. The lighting could not be mounted to the existing free floating Nichiha fiber cement wall panels, so a unique solution was devised by our designers, engineers and prefabricators. The high density location required close coordination between Lemberg’s prefabrication and field electricians and installers and the mall office, the customer, site security and maintenance personnel, the general contractor, engineers, traffic control and the municipality to ensure safety for staff and patrons.
