Budd Van Lines

This project consisted of roughly 8,000 square feet of renovation of an existing warehouse, where a portion of the warehouse was being turned into offices for Budd Van Lines. Lemberg was familiar with the building from work done in 2016 for a previous tenant. For this project, Lemberg was the design-build electrical contractor, using our design-build expertise to provide the customer with lighting and power layouts for the job. Fire alarm was also part of the project as was the low voltage wiring. Budd Van Lines is a moving company and storage facility for large items in transit or being stored for moving.
