Eagleknit Innovation Hub

This was the renovation and addition to a landmark historic building in the Walker's Point area of Milwaukee's near south side into what is now known as the Eagleknit Innovation Hub, a professional resource for the underserved communities in the area. The Lemberg Construction team offered design-build services to electrically reconstruct the building, formerly used for manufacturing, into a commercial, white-box office space with many tenant amenities. This included electrical for hallways, elevators, bathrooms, a street-level patio and generators, including a 500kw generator that will allow a second floor tenant uninterrupted service during the construction and renovation of the rest of the existing building. The team worked to integrate the electrical with the existing and exposed Cream City brick, concrete pillars and large industrial windows.

Lemberg's Data Communication team added cabling and components for building security. These included building and door access measures and security cameras.
