Komatsu
Lemberg has partnered with Komatsu once again for signage to brand its new office headquarters and manufacturing facility, a 58-acre+ campus in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The project, which includes a new factory, office and open-to-the-public café, spanned over 2 years as construction was completed and new signs were installed. Komatsu Mining Corporation is a Tokyo-based, international manufacturer and distributor of trucks, excavators, wheel loaders and equipment used in a variety of industries such as construction, forestry, manufacturing, mining and a growing energy sector.
In 2016, Lemberg was commissioned to install an 18-foot by 70-foot brand sign, a monument sign and campus directional signage for Komatsu previous location off 4400 W. National in Milwaukee. For this project, the team was challenged by a short timeline, a tight and high traffic location, and an older building with hazardous asbestos. Additional safety precautions were taken.
