MetalSpun

This project involved an engineered reconfiguration of the plant layout to maximize workflow on the fabrication line in new location for Metalspun, a metal fabrication company in the Milwaukee area. Relying on prior experience with industrial plant moves, Lemberg's Service Manager Tim Hagen compared the new plant to the existing space and conducted a site and fabrication workflow study. He worked with the customer to understand plans for future plant growth. Then he engineered a new floor plan configuration to maximize the new space and allow the company to grow.
