Milwaukee Youth Arts Center

Lemberg's Electrical Construction team provided the electrical wiring for this 97,535 square foot remodeling project for the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center. The project involved the remodel of the entry, offices and activity spaces. It also involved the renovation of the parking area to activity and meeting spaces as well as the addition of theatrical lighting and controls in performance spaces and rehearsal halls and stages. Both new and retrofit LED lighting were provided. The team utilized the Trimble Total Station surveying system and prefabrication for the greatest project efficiency. 

Lemberg's Data Communication team provided the low voltage cabling to support essential business systems including voice, data, and wireless access points (WAP).
