Installation of national brand signage in a tight urban location and within a compressed timeline. Crews had to solve for the space problem and the need for a bucket truck for installation. Inclement weather added another challenge as was the inability to keep necessary equipment/tools on the job site. Proactive organization to bring to the job site only that which was needed for the day, leaning on experience of the crew. The customer's timeline was met and signs installed properly and safely.
