Urban Outfitters

Lemberg's electrical construction team installed the electrical and low voltage wiring for this 8000 square foot retail space within Mayfair Mall in Milwaukee. This included the  installation of raceways for lighting, power, audio, security and data communications. The team installed the low voltage wiring for lighting controls and fire alarm, as well as all lighting fixtures. The project was completed using Agile Construction® project management and utilized prefabrication.

This project was unique in that ceilings were left open, exposing all piping, sprinkler system, and electrical wiring. This brought extra attention to craftsmanship. While on the job, the team foreman saw an opportunity to create a more efficient and aesthetically-pleasing conduit pattern. He worked closely with the customer to create a solution that benefitted the customer with a cleaner design.
