Associated Bank, River Center, Corporate Offices

Lemberg worked with Illinois-based Block Electric on a unique project in downtown Milwaukee. The team was contracted to install LED lighting to the exterior of the Associated Bank Corporate Offices at the River Center Market building, 111 E. Kilbourn Ave.

The team, especially skilled for High Rise/High Density work, utilized scaffolds and swing stages to most effectively execute the installation. The LED lighting enhances the building against the Milwaukee cityscape, a growing trend for popular locations across the city. The electrical installation and project management team earned high marks from Block Electric for the quality of their work, problem solving skills, and customer service toward Block Electric, Associated Bank, and the other tenants in the River Center.
