Lemberg provides ongoing services to Ovation Communities, a senior living facility near downtown Milwaukee, that provides independent and assisted living options and a range of amenities and on-site healthcare. Lemberg's professionals work with area healthcare facilities on a number of electrical initiatives and understand the importance of providing service with the least amount of impact on residents, patients and providers. 

In 2025, Lemberg facilitated the replacement of two large 100kw emergency generators. The new generators support critical care, emergency and life-safety systems with backup power in case of a power outage.

Our team decommissioned the existing generators, which had been in place for well over 25 years. They provided full-service coordination of our electrical as well as contracted plumbing and millwright services while providing a single point of contact for the customer.

Millwrights dismantled and removed the old and placed the new equipment. The plumbers connected the natural gas lines and exhaust systems required for the indoor location of the generators. Lemberg's electrical team provided the electrical connectivity and commissioned the new generators. The team also provided final inspection and trained the Ovation maintenance staff to monitor the system, operate the controls, read the annunciator panel. They made sure the Ovation staff was aware of what happens during emergency operation.

Lemberg also supplied the temporary power via portable generator as a failsafe for uninterrupted operations while the work was being completed. This project was completed in early May.
