Fort Health Care
Lemberg Signs and Lighting works within the healthcare industry to provide brand signage as well as directional or wayfinding signage. These important signs help improve the employee, visitor and patient experience with navigation assistance to areas like emergency services, employee or visitor parking, and patient drop off locations.
Completed in January of 2024, Lemberg served the Fort Health Care facility in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, through JP Cullen Construction. Lemberg's professional project managers and operations team secured the necessary permitting, fabrication, and installation of a complete program of directional signage. This included the removal of outdated signage. The permitting for this project was lengthy. The team presented a unique solution to the City of Fort Atkinson that facilitated the eventual approval of the signage plan.
Because this was an operational healthcare facility, the team used extra care to plan their work with the safety of patients, staff and visitors in mind. They installed new footers and brick bases for the monument signs with as little disruption as possible to the flow of auto and foot traffic. In all, Lemberg installed six combination monument/directional signs, three illuminated monument signs, and ten non-lit post & panel signs.
