JD Sports

This project included the demolition and remodel of two existing tenant spaces in Mayfair Mall, an upscale mall located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, just west of Milwaukee. The spaces were being combined into a single space for JD Sports. This project was carried out over a compressed timeline for an out-of-state customer.

Lemberg's electrical construction team provided the demolition of the electrical, fire alarm and data communications. The team then installed new electrical panels and branch power for the newly combined spaces as well as track lighting and specialty lighting. The team also completed the power needed for signage throughout the space.

Lemberg's data communications team installed the data cabling and components for the point of sale and cash wrap area, speakers and fire alarm systems.
