Lemberg assisted Lutheran Homes Senior Center and their sister facility, Harwood Place, with a multi-campus rebranding effort, providing new signage to fit their brand change and marketing goals.

As part of an effort that began two years ago, monument signs at several Lutheran Homes locations in Wauwatosa and the Harwood Place facility were updated with the new logo and fitted with full-color, integrated, 4'x8' electronic message centers from Watchfire.

For the most recent installation at Lutheran Homes, Lemberg conducted a traffic study to determine the amount of vehicular traffic exposed to messaging. The study confirmed heavy traffic at the intersection of75th Street and North Avenue, supporting the investment in a digital display to replace the aging static signage.

In a recent study done by the Small Business Administration (SBA), businesses that install an Electronic Message Center typically see a 15-150% increase in business.

The newly designed and installed electronic message center offers 24/7 marketing and messaging opportunities for Lutheran Homes and Harwood Place. Now, they can promote the value of their facility, tout recent awards, post open roles, and more, conveniently and efficiently.
