Magnolia Place

Lemberg provided the design, manufacturing, and installation of brand signage for the new Magnolia Place subdivision developed by Jeff Horwath Home Builders. The subdivision is located in the Hartland/Merton area of Wisconsin and features single-family homes with a "modern European" flair.

Lemberg's award-winning designers created a monument sign concept that matched the home design theme and sat naturally into the picturesque, tree-lined location that has an 18' stone masonry base and a 7' sign for the main entrance and a smaller 4'8" wide secondary entrance sign that coordinates in its design. The signs are crafted from weather-resistant materials, and the main entrance sign is back-lit with energy-saving LED 3000k lighting.
