Milliman

Lemberg's Electrical Construction team provided the electrical wiring and fire alarm installation and design-build services for Milliman, a global independent risk management, benefits and technology firm with a location on Golf Parkway in Brookfield, WI.

This was a 112,000 square foot, 6-floor new construction.  The tenant build out spans four of the six floors and includes high-end, energy efficient lighting and controls that integrate with the A/V system to customize the window shades and lighting in conference rooms.
