This over 16,000 square foot commercial office space buildout continues Lemberg's partnership with developers, general contractors and end customers at the Golf Parkway location in Brookfield, WI, where Lemberg provided the electrical construction for the building shell.

Lemberg's Electrical Construction team provided the electrical wiring and power distribution, specialty lighting, lighting controls, fire alarms and emergency lighting, and electrical wiring for mechanical and plumbing features. Lemberg's virtual design and construction (VDC) and prefabrication services were used for this project.
