Software One

This project was the demolition of existing space in the second floor of the building at 320 East Buffalo in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the subsequent build out of new office space for Software One, a technology service provider. 

Lemberg's Electrical Construction team provided the electrical power for all offices, training and conference rooms and workstations. The open concept work space required Lemberg's design capabilities to place and install the in-floor power requirements. The team was challenged to devise a solution for in-floor power and data that avoided cutting or coring the concrete floors. The solution included a special under-carpet raceway system that connected at 39 locations.

The space also included specialty lighting throughout. The Lemberg team worked closely with the project architect to bring their vision to life.

Lemberg's Data Communications Technology team provided the data closet and structured cabling and trays to support a variety of communications and security systems. The team installed the wireless access points, audio/visual systems, television, and cameras for the building. Because the ceiling was exposed, extra care was taken to keep the electrical and the data cabling neat.

Both teams were praised for their craftsmanship and jobsite organization and cleanliness.
