The Avenue

Lemberg provided electrical construction services for The Avenue, a renovation of former retail space into a variety of new uses.

All of the following renovations were completed in aggressive timelines. Agile construction techniques provided jobsite data in real time, which allowed the project foreman and his teams to make the appropriate adjustments in order to keep the projects moving forward. Regular meetings and strong communications with the customer, helped to keep everyone abreast of jobsite conditions and project progress.

General Office Space - The American Heart Association Offices, 3160 square feet, was completed in July 2023 and the Interstate Parking Offices, 5571 square feet, was completed in August 2023.

In both of the above office spaces, Lemberg provided electrical for power, lighting, lighting controls, HVAC and fire alarm, with at least a portion of the work exposed. The Lemberg team installed private electrical metering for each tenant space, making billing more accurate for mall management. To accomplish this, the team had to separate the electrical from the HVAC with dedicated panels. The team also collaborated with another contractor to provide connections for an existing door security system. 

The City Fountain - This was the remodel of a 3000 square foot space that was formerly used as a selfie museum. The space was converted to a self-serve beer hall that gives a nod to the classic beer garden but offers indoor comfort and features 24 different beer taps, mostly of Wisconsin Brews. This project was completed in August 2023 and included electrical distribution and connections for coolers, dishwashers, security doors, and projectors. Lemberg provided electrical connections for the beer cooler compressor, glycol system, and power for the "pour my beer" system, which allows customers to purchase a prepaid card and serve themselves. Electrical power for projectors, TV screens, outlets , pint glass washing system and signage was also provided by the Lemberg team.

The Avenue Event Space - This 6978 square foot space is a new indoor/outdoor rentable wedding and event space to fit up to 300 guests. The project included an elaborate system of specialty lighting with a control system that allows for flexibility based on individual event needs. The lighting plan included precise placement of light fixtures, which required a combination of track lighting, pendants, strip lighting, accent lighting and more, each operating on separate controls for color changing and dimming.  The work was done on an exposed ceiling, raising the importance of the aesthetic of the work itself.  This project also included connections for HVAC, general receptacles, and catering kitchen and bar equipment. This project also included a fire alarm system that is tied to the building's existing system. This portion of the Avenue project was completed in October 2023.
