Briscoe Family YMCA Wellness Center

Lemberg provided electrical and data communications services for the 17,000 square foot Briscoe Family YMCA Wellness Center located in the Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (MOSH) Performance Center, a state-of-the-art athletic performance center located in Franklin, Wisconsin.  The Briscoe Family YMCA Wellness Center is the first integrated personal wellness center in the region.

Lemberg's Data Communications team provided the structured cabling and component installation for the communications and building security. The team planned and installed all data communication cabling, speakers and audio systems, and door access systems. 

Lemberg's Electrical Construction team provided the electrical wiring for the first and second floor fitness and rehabilitation areas, which also included complicated runs for individual exercise equipment and lighting.

Because the finished mechanical and data work is exposed, the team took extra care to design aesthetically pleasing cable and electrical lines and provided careful and artful installation. The project was completed on time despite supply chain issues.
