 We appreciate being recognized by our employees for our training efforts. Recently, an article was posted in the “Contract Questions” Bulletin, a union trade publication, regarding training that Lemberg offers. In the article, it was mentioned that our sign department requires eight hours of training per year and if not completed, disciplinary actions may occur.

Lemberg as a whole takes training and continuing education very serious. We want all of our employees (field and office) to grow and learn as much as they can about areas that will be beneficial to their safety and their role.growth.jpg

Why is training so important?

  • It sets us apart from our competitors.
  • It builds respect between the employees and Lemberg.
  • It helps everyone grow individually.
  • It creates an ambitious culture.

We try hard to help our employees complete the training. Employees are reminded to let their direct supervisor know if they are interested in taking courses that will help him/her grow and become more successful. We offer tuition reimbursement for those that meet certain requirements. Lemberg offers great opportunities and we are very proud that we are able to invest in our employees!
