Lemberg Continues Expansion with New Team Members Across the Company

2022 has been a year of tremendous growth for Lemberg and that trend continues with the hiring of five new employees who have joined departments throughout the company including data, service, signs, safety and design.

“We are excited to welcome our talented new team members and thrilled that they are part of such amazing growth here at Lemberg,” said Tim Scheid, CEO at Lemberg. “Building strong relationships with our customers is central to our philosophy as a company and having highly proficient individuals like these is the key part of that goal.”

The new employees will play key roles in several different departments:

  • Mike Hill – Project Manager, Data Communications & Technologies – Mike has over 21 years of experience in the fire alarm detection and security system industry in the Milwaukee area. He is a proficient problem solver who pays close attention to details. He has a passion for customer service and building relationships and is a proven mentor of rising talent within the technology arena.

  • Jonathan Hoesly – Project Manager, Service – Jonathan has 16 years of experience in electrical field management with six years in project management in the commercial, industrial, utility and power generation space. He places high value on providing his customers a quality experience and believes that thorough and transparent communications not only keep the customer well-informed, but also creates better collaboration between the customer and the Lemberg team.

  • Kevin Cesar – VDC Lead – Kevin brings 22 years of experience in VDC/BIM/CAD management working on both sides of the table on a project and is a Revit Certified Professional. He is responsible for project planning with the VP of Preconstruction, Project Managers, and Foremen. Kevin applies his experience in VDC/BIM workflows to support the project team and craft to drive better project deliveries. He has always had an interest in design and drawing, especially when it comes to architecture, and sees BIM/3D modeling as a major influencer in cutting costs, reducing waste and delivering better results to our customers.

  • Regina Peters – Assistant Project Manager, Signs – Regina assists the Signs and Lighting team managing the design, manufacturing, and installation of business signage. She has a background in communications and facilities management. Her goal is to create a professional and well-informed experience for customers by providing creative solutions and quality results.

  • Jawaun Battle – Safety – Jawaun began as an intern and accepted a full-time role in the Safety department. He will soon graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where he majored in Occupational Safety with an emphasis in construction. He has experience with general industry inspections and is very knowledgeable on general safety and hopes to apply that experience to the use and progression of the new safety app. He is an advocate for "safety as an attribution" of work rather than being secondary to the process.
