Ann Taylor

This was the remodel of an existing tenant space in Mayfair Mall, an upscale mall located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, just west of Milwaukee. In this case, the retail space was already in a "white box" state,  partially prepared for occupancy with walls, ceiling and some key systems in place. This project was carried out over a compressed timeline for the retail tenant, Ann Taylor.

Lemberg's electrical construction team provided the installation of electrical panels and power as well as general and specialty lighting, which included unique lighted dressing room mirrors. The team was challenged with a low ceiling height, which forced mid-project changes to the lighting design.

Lemberg's data communications team provided the low voltage technology for point of sale, internet access, and the fire alarm system.
